While I felt successful and looked confident on the outside, inside I couldn’t stop the incessant critical chatter from my mind and the chronic pain in my body. 
My identity was totally wrapped up in my career. I felt like I had to prove myself in the world. No matter how much I did, it was never enough (to me). Can you relate?
It took me some time to heal my nervous system from constantly going into fight, flight, or freeze even at the slightest of triggers.
It took me longer to break the go-go-go-collapse; rinse and repeat cycle.  
Now, I’m self-trusting, self-confident, self-reflective, and I have much more self-control. I’m constantly becoming more myself and I’m open to experiencing the pleasure of life. I feel flexible, organized and I feel whole. I know my existence is my birthright.

Jen Schneeman is a trauma and chronic fatigue-informed Nervous System Specialist, integrative health coach, yoga therapist, researcher, and educator. She’s been passionate about the place where Science meets the Spirit since a young age.
She has over 20 years of experience in human performance supporting everyone from Veterans, health professionals, military branches, NFL teams, recent retirees and stay-at-home parents.

“Before I walked in, I suffered from horrific anxiety that felt like a 500lb barbell was laying on my chest at all times. I didn’t know who I was in life anymore.
